Commercial General Contractor with a broad project experience that includes Medical / Dental, Church and School, Banks, Retail and Tenant Improvements.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Our company was started in 1991 during the recession.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We negotiate the vast majority of our work. Our clients are both large and small company's. We understand we are an extension of and represent their interest. We will never compromise our integrity to "win" a project.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We are based in Nashville but travel to service our clients needs as needed.

3628 Trousdale, Nashville, TN. I65 South, exit Harding Road and go East. Second traffic light is Trousdale. Turn Left (North) on Trousdale. Go over the railroad tracks until the stop sign. Turn right into our parking lot.
What type of payments do you accept?
We use the standard AIA format. Typically invoices are due on a net 30 basis.
Which areas do you service?
The majority of our work is within 100 miles of Nashville but we travel with come of our clients.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
There are currently 4 active partners with ownership.

We work as our clients and projects require.
