How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have always loved children and started babysitting when I was about 13 years of age. I have two boys myself and saw the need in the area for a great agency that had only the absolute best caregivers. I knew parents that needed help wanted to be able to get in touch with someone right away and be able to talk to someone live over the phone anytime.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Nannies of Brentwood hires only qualified,experienced,dependable and fun loving nanny's. When we set up an interview to meet the nanny if she is late we do not interview,if a nanny works for us and gets any type of negative feedback or is late to a job or calls in we simply do not use the sitter any longer. We expect the BEST and only keep the most qualified nanny's that do an excellent job for my company.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location. However we do place nanny's all over Tennessee and have nanny's in almost every state. We provide event child care for the military,corporate events and weddings anywhere in the US.

What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
How wonderful our nanny's are and that the kids didn't want the nanny to leave. If we are at an event if the kids want to come back to the event or don't want to leave makes us feel great!
