I became interested in a mobile repair service from hearing people talk about rediculous towing charges and super high garage labor rates. I owned and operated a collision/restoration and full mechanical repair shop for over 15 years. I wont lie and tell you I didnt make money at it because I did. I would consistantly adjust pricing based on peoples individual situations and made everyone happy. still, I had overhead that needed to be met. This Idea has been in my mind for years.... a service that comes to you, diagnoses and repairs your car with a minimal overhead, and passes those savings on to the customer.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
well, professionalism and efficiency. My fully lettered and equipped vans are easily recognizable all around the area.as the business owner, I enjoy answering every phone call and meeting as many of my clients as time allows. We have a generous referral program that pays you to help us build our customer base. If you refer a friend, relative or even a stranger to MobileTech1 and we repair thier car, you get paid. There is no limit on the amount of referrals we pay for, keep them coming and keep getting paid! There are many mobile services operating out of thier trunks with basic tools. Im not saying they cant do the job, but wouldnt you much rather trust your car to a service with all the latest equipment at thier fingertips, and know they have a financial investment in thier communities and take pride in thier business? We build relationships with our clients through honest work for honest pay. all repairs are explained to you in plain, understandable terms as to why they are needed and the effects they have on your vehicle

We currently operate 3 fully equipped vehicles in and around Nashville, and can generally be at your location the very day you call. As the need increases, Im ready to add vehicles and technicians so we can continue to respond quickly and efficiently, at your convenience
