How long have you been in business?
Since November of 2010.
What is your primary product or service?
We have a new service called video verification service, a.k.a. "virtual security guard." Operators monitor your property live at a fraction of the cost of a security guard. We also have POLICE WATCH, which connects businesses to law enforcement dispatchers at the push of a button using live video. CCTV design, sales, installation, access control and panic systems are all part what we do.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was a police officer for 17 yrs, 12 yrs of that as a Sergeant, academy instructor, dept instructor and more than 1,500 hours of training certifications. I have always been a business minded person, the opportunity presented itself to start the security business, so I did. I have grown the business, with a good reputation, I liked it and wanted to pursue it full time. I have the experience to back up my recommendations.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
The experience in law enforcement, customer service, and security, gives us a different perspective on what is need to secure a property. We are the only authorized dealer of POLICE WATCH and the WAVE system in Tennessee. We do not offer just one brand of equipment or off the shelf systems. Our relationships with manufacturers and low overhead, allow us to compete with lower prices than larger companies.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location that serves all of Tennessee.

We have an office in Murfreesboro, Tn. Due to our video verification services, we cannot have the general public come by the office. We can make appointments and give directions at that time.

We accept cash, check and direct deposit.

We serve all of Tennessee and can travel to any part of the country.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Jeff Lucas is the president and runs the day to day operations.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open for normal business Monday thru Friday 8 am until 5 pm. We provide security services 24/7.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
I am not sure there is any one thing someone can say. We think referrals are the best compliment we can get. It is nice to know that we are't the cheapest, but that clients feel like they get what they paid for. Repeat business is always a plus.
