How long have you been in business?
Brand new. Just opened in February 2016. We do have a Chattanooga location which opened in 2014.
What is your primary product or service?
Escape Game/Rooms - don't know what that is? I didn't either not too long ago. It's a team building activity that is tons of fun for family, friends, coworkers....really just about anyone. The basic gist is that we "lock" you in a room and it's your job to escape. Check out our website for more details.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I got dragged to an escape room with some friends. I had my doubts but absolutely loved it. My brother and cousin (my partners) had a similar experience. We had the basic skill set (construction expertise, web development, etc.) to create our own along with the business acumen (two MBAs and an actuary) to hopefully pull it off. Great decision so far.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Authenticity...the environments are extremely detailed and realistic. We want to activate all of the player's senses to provide a truly immersive experience.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our first location is in Chattanooga and we just opened our Downtown Nashville location.

Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
My brother, cousin and myself own the company. I oversee the daily operations of the Nashville location.
What are your hours of operation?
Currently, Thursday through Sunday by appointment. We plan to expand our hours to everyday once staffing is in place.
